The plant started operation in 1987. The site area is 24,750 m2. The main products are automotive interior and exterior plastic parts, which are used in many automobiles in Japan and overseas. We also plan and develop new model products and can provide an integrated production process from design to mold fabrication, injection molding, machining, and assembly.

Processing and Assembly Area

We are developing a wide variety of processing in-house to meet cusomter needs, including general processing and assembly, fabric application, and autonomous lines. (Various types of painting, TOM molding, vacuum molding, aluminum deposition, and illumination processing are also available.)

Design and Development Area

We have design and development bases in Mie and Tochigi in Japan and in Thailand, to propose optimal mold specifications based on analysis using dedicated software, designing parts, packaging, processes, and develop new materials and technologies. We are also actively engaged in human resource development by accepting trainees from overseas plants.

Tooling Area

Our global network enables us to procure molds domestically and internationally. (Japan, North America, East Asia, and Southeast Asia) Since the tooling area is within the plant, we can quickly respond to mold adjustments, modifications, and emergency repairs and maintenance. We work closely with our development, engineering, and manufacturing departments to ensure product quality and high-productivity mold making.

Mie Plant Staff

A wide range of employees in their teens to 60s are active in all departments. We participate in fishing, sports, relay races, and volunteer activities, creating a workplace where communication among employees is very active. We also place importance on personal development through correspondence courses, participation in training courses, and acquisition of skills and qualifications.

The Saitama Plant was newly established to consolidate the injection molding plant in Kisarazu, Chiba Prefecture and the processing and assembly plant in Kawagoe, Saitama Prefecture into one plant in 2020. The site area is 22,768㎡. The main production items are plastic automotive interior and exterior parts, which are used in many automobiles in Japan and abroad. The plant also plans and develops new model products, and is capable of integrated production processes from design to mold fabrication, injection molding,and assembly.

Quality inspection equipment is also installed in this area where strict quality control is carried out by double-checking with both human and machine eyes.

Molding Technology

The Saitama Plant also manufactures door visors, it uses acrylic resin, a resin material with high transparency that requires higher molding technology and quality control.

One of our important tasks is to control whether the manufactured products meet safety standards. We have installed testing equipment and conduct side-impact tests in-house.

The plant is located in Kabinburi Industrial Estate, Prachinburi Province, east-northeast of Bangkok, Thailand. The production items are injection molded automotive parts and home appliance products.

Design Center

In 2007, the Design Center was established as the first overseas design and development base. We also provide training in Japan to enable high-quality design and development.

In the manufacturing area, QA equipment has been introduced to ensure that our customers receive high quality products through strict checks by machine and human eyes.

Painting Area

We are also equipped with painting facilities and are capable of producing luxurious products such as Mirror Black painted products.

Nissen Chemitec Mexico, S.A. DE C.V. was established in 2014. The plant covers an area of 51,925 square meters. The plant is located in the Sendai Industrial Park in the state of Guanajuato, on the Central Mexican Plateau. The production items are injection molded automotive parts.

Processing and Assembly Area

Faced with environmental changes due to soaring labor costs, we have installed processing equipment such as automatic welding machines and fabric laminating equipment to increase labor productivity and work efficiency, contributing greatly to cost reductions.

Quality Assurance Equipments

In an effort to prevent defective products from being passed on to the next process, we have introduced QA machines into our processing lines to achieve perfect quality within our own processes.
