Nissen Chemitec Group Integrated Policy
In pursuing our business activities of development, manufacturing and sales of synthetic resin compounds, synthetic resin molded products and processed assemblies, molds, electronic materials for semiconductors, display devices and peripheral components, and various processed products; we will strive to maintain and continuously improve our systems based on the policies listed below, and to always supply high-quality, safe products that satisfy and are trusted by our customers.

2. To meet customer requirements and provide products of quality that customers can use with satisfaction and peace of mind
3．We will strive to reduce and assess the environmental impact of our products throughout their lifecycle, from development to disposal, in order to protect the environment.
In addition to preventing environmental pollution, we are committed to the protection of biodiversity and ecosystems in which our group is involved.
4. Improve quality and environmental performance by establishing and systematically implementing quality and environmental management systems in accordance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
5. To strive for continuous improvement by setting quality and environmental targets, creating specific plans to achieve them, promoting business activities, and periodically reviewing performance and reflecting on target plans.
6. We will define the Group's top issues as follows and drive them based on the “3G” principle
(1) Develop, manufacture, and sell products with considering environmental impact.
(2) Establish a system to ensure a stable supply of products that meet requirements by promoting standardization of all related processes and improving management levels.
(3) Confirm the safety of raw materials, components, and products, and prevent health problems of customers, logistics personnel, employees, and other related parties.
(4) Reduction and proper disposal of waste
(5) Resource and energy conservation, efforts to reduce CO2 emissions
(6) Promotion of 3Rs (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) for products and raw materials. Encourage the reuse of packaging materials
7. Stimulate activities related to quality and the environment, and disclose relevant information as necessary to gain the trust of customers, stakeholders, and society
8. These integrated policy are to be known to all members of the Nissen Chemitec Group and all those who work for the Group, and these policies shall be disclose to stakeholders so that their needs and expectations can be met.
