Quality Initiatives
Systems and activities aimed at maintaining and improving quality
Quality Management
We set high quality targets in order to enhance our customer's trade.
Specific details of various measures, such as Zero Defect activities and defect countermeasures, as well as improvement results, are posted in the factory so that employees can share information at all times.
Quality Information Management System
Aiming to improve customer satisfaction, we promote quality information management systematically in order to handle information (complaints, requests, and inquiries) from customers regarding our products thoroughly more reliably and promptly.
Quality Issue Prevention Activities
Since preventing recurrence of quality problems is not enough to satisfy our customers, we promote activities focusing on prevention.
We quickly identify problems that may lead to quality issues from a variety of internal quality-related information sources and horizontally deploy them in company-wide quality activities.
Maintain Quality of Procured Parts(Establishment of Supply Chain)
Suppliers are important partners of the Nissen Chemitec Group, and the safety and quality of procured parts are becoming increasingly important in our business operations.
To ensure the safety and quality of procured parts, the Nissen Chemitec Group's approach to quality assurance, targets, and requirements are summarized at the beginning of each fiscal year and communicated to suppliers, and both parties work together to maintain and improve the quality of procured parts.
The Nissen Chemitec Group strives to maintain and improve quality in its supply chain by conducting quality audits of suppliers periodically depending on the importance of the procured parts.
