We utilize the culmination of our plastics technologies, including raw material technology, mold technology, mold processing technology, and secondary processing technology to develop and sell automotive interior parts such as doors, trunk compartments, and pillars, exterior parts such as visors and fenders, and products related to interior and exterior illumination. We are also involved in the development and production of lightweight and metal-alternative parts. We have production facilities in Mie and Saitama in Japan, globally in the United States, Thailand, Indonesia, and Mexico.

Door Parts
These parts are used for the door linings. They can be customized according to the grade of the car, such as ornaments (decorative panels), surface fabric and our specialty, illumination. These parts are also required to have higher safety performance to protect the safety of passengers.

Pillar parts
These parts are assembled near the door opening on the left and right sides. The front side is generally used for the air conditioner vent, the center and rear sides are generally used as the base for the seatbelt assembly. With the spread of curtain airbags, it has become mainstream to use plastic materials that takes safety into consideration when the airbags are activates.
Trunk Parts
These are large parts located on both sides of the luggage space. These are large parts that require precision in assembly with surrounding parts, and require higher design level and molding technology.
Back door parts
These are parts around the back doors. These parts are mainly used for soundproofing and decoration around the rear glass.
Rear Parcel Parts
These are cover parts used for the top surface of the luggage space often seen in sedan-type vehicles. Generally, speaker parts are attached to these parts, and the molding of the fine holes for the speakers requires a lot of technical expertise.
Visor Parts
These are sunshade and rain guard parts that are attached to the tops of the front, rear, left, and right windows. Generally, high transparency acrylic resin is used for these parts, which require strict molding condition management and quality control.
Grille parts
These parts are installed in front of the engine compartment. As shown in the photo, these parts generally have a honeycomb structure and require high molding technology and quality control.
Fender parts
The inner side is mainly used for soundproofing and dirt prevention. The thin-walled structure is used to reduce weight and require strict control of molding conditions.

Illumination parts used around the front grille. The use of high luminosity LED light source allows for bright and beautiful illumination. that can even look like it is flowing. It also meets the quality requirements for outdoor use and is waterproof.

Roof Parts
Illumination parts used for the ceiling area. Normally illumination parts require two LEDs but our product can emit light long-distance with only one LED, and is available in multiple colors with RGB (red, green, blue) control.Considering the environmental impact, recycled resin can be used while maintaining the same high quality in terms of transparency, physical properties, and adhesion of deposition. Line Illumination
- ・The new line illumination system is a LED reduction system that enables long-distance light emission with only one LED light in place of the two LED lights previously required.
- ・The LEDs can be controlled in RGB (red, green, blue) making it possible to change the color according to the end user's mood or favorite color.

Door Parts
Illumination parts used for inner door panels. Enjoy the changing interior with a metallic tone during the daytime and illumination at night. Also compatible with top coat parts, the use of light transmissive top coat surface skin and inorganic electro-luminescence results in an ultra-thin and flexible part that matches the design of the door. Line illumination has become popular in recent years can display light in a flowing manner and offer a variety of light effects with multiple colors. Speaker ring illumination is characterized by the seamless and uniform issuance of light around the speaker without interruption. It is also possible to simultaneously control multiple illumination components installed at respective locations inside the car, and to coordinate the entire car interior with light effects. Air conditioner
- ・The illumination of the air conditioning can be changed by temperature.
Blue for cold air and red for warm air.
Can be used for air conditioner vents in vehicles and interior air conditioner vents. - ・In addition to the above, it is also possible to combine sensors and light for other effects.
Console illumination
- ・The conventional two LEDs are now LED-less, allowing long-distance light emission with only one LED.
- ・The LEDs can be controlled in R (red), G (green), and B (blue), making it possible to use multiple colors.
- ・The design has two faces: metallic during the day and illuminated at night.
- ・The resin molding is made of recycled materials, making it an environmentally friendly product.
Surface luminescence (letter illumination)
- ・The use of inorganic EL makes it possible to uniformly emit light over a surface. Inorganic EL is ultra-thin and flexible, so there is no need to consider the thickness, and it also improves the design.
- ・By adding a crafting technique to the synthetic leather of the design surface, it is possible to change the expression between daytime and nighttime, as shown in the photo.
