Injection Molding
Injection Molding
Features
We have injection molding machines with a maximum capacity of 2,500 tons and a minimum capacity of 110 tons at four locations in Japan producing mainly interior and exterior plastic parts for automobiles and home appliances. We are not limited to only general-purpose polypropylene and polyethylene, but also can process a wide range of resins such as glass fiber reinforced polypropylene to produce high value-added products by utilizing our expertise in thin-wall, fast cycle, and automated production.

Features
We have four domestic bases with extrusion molding machines with a maximum extrusion capacity of 350KG/H, including test machines. We produce products used in a wide range of applications, mainly for food products, industrial parts, medical trays, truck mudguards, agricultural applications, and household products. For sheet products, we have acquired Biomass Mark and Biomass Plastic Mark certification under Japan Organics Recycling Association (JORA) and supply plastic products that are environmentally friendly.

Features
Quality inspection equipment is installed in the processing area, and strict quality control is performed through a double-check with both human and machine eyes.
We offer a wide variety of in-house processing services to meet the needs of our customers, including general processing and assembly, top coat application, and unmanned production lines. (Various types of painting, TOM(Three dimension Overlay Method)molding, vacuum molding, aluminum deposition, and illumination processing are also available.
